To ensure your preferred time and service is available we recommend booking in advance.
Upon booking, you will be requested to provide card details to secure your appointment. You won’t be charged until the day of your appointment.
ARRIVAL TIME
Please allow sufficient time before your treatment to complete a short, confidential consultation. It is important to ensure our therapists are aware of any health conditions prior to treatments. Please refrain from drinking alcohol 24 hours post and prior to any treatment.
We recommend you to arrive up to 10min in advance of your treatment to relax and avoid the stressful feeling of being in a rush. Please be advised that late arrivals will result in a reduction of treatment time.
HEALTH CONDITIONS
Please advise us on any health conditions, allergies or injuries which could affect your choice of treatment. If you are prescribed any medication, have had a recent operation or have a medical condition, we strongly advise a note from your doctor is given to our Therapists by email.
CHILDREN's POLICY
Unfortunately, we do not provide treatments for under 18’s.
PREGNANCY POLICY
Please advise us in advance if you are pregnant. We do not provide treatments in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A 100% charge will be incurred for any treatment not cancelled or amended at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. 100% Fee applicable to NO SHOWS.
A 100% charge will occur if the appointment is booked and cancelled within the 24 hours of your appointment time.
Late arrivals will shorten your treatment time and full treatment price will be applicable.
